1. Who we are

Investor Research (https://investor.aurioclub.com) operates this research site. This Privacy Notice explains what personal data we collect and how we use it.

2. Data we collect

Account data: email, display name, optional bio, password hash (we do not store plaintext passwords), locale and reading preferences.

Usage data: pages viewed, downloads, likes/comments/follows as you use social features, and basic technical logs (IP, user agent) for security and abuse prevention.

Payment data: checkout is handled by a third-party payment processor. Investor Research receives membership and order metadata (e.g. plan status, timestamps, product identifiers). Card numbers are handled by the processor and are not stored on Investor Research servers.

3. How we use data

To provide accounts, membership access, customer support, security, fraud prevention, product improvement, and (where you opt in at checkout) transactional or marketing messages related to your Investor Research purchases.

4. Sharing

We share data with processors who help run the Service, including hosting (e.g. Cloudflare), email delivery, and the payment processor for checkout, tax, and invoicing. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Retention

We keep account data while your account is active and as needed for legal, tax, and dispute purposes. You may request deletion subject to lawful retention requirements.

6. Your choices

You can update profile and preferences in Account settings, sign out, and request access or deletion by emailing contact@aurioclub.com from the address on your account.

7. International transfers

Infrastructure and processors may be located outside your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards offered by those providers.
