1. Agreement

By accessing or using Investor Research (“the Service”) at https://investor.aurioclub.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Research information only

Content on Investor Research is for informational and research discussion only. It is not investment advice, a solicitation, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

4. Memberships and purchases

Paid memberships (including Investor Pro) and any one-time unlocks are offered by Investor Research. Checkout is completed through a secure third-party payment processor. Card numbers and payment credentials are handled by that processor and are not stored on Investor Research servers.

After successful payment, Investor Research grants membership or unlock access for the period shown at checkout. Billing statements and receipts may be issued by the payment processor on Investor Research’s behalf.

Taxes, currency conversion, and payment-method rules follow the processor’s checkout display and applicable law.

5. Acceptable use

You may not scrape, redistribute, or republish paywalled content at scale; attempt unauthorized access; abuse points, trials, or refunds; or use the Service for unlawful purposes.

6. Intellectual property

Site branding, software, and original editorial packaging remain our or our licensors’ property. Report packages may incorporate public-market information; presentation and structure are protected as our compilation where applicable.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Investor Research is not liable for investment losses or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes may be highlighted on this page.
